I have liked my experience with A&M so far.  At first I was a little skeptical because I had a bad experience the first week of school with another bus company. I then found A&M and called. I didn't receive a call back at first. But when I finally received a call, I found Mr Mckoy to be very pleasant and very easy to work with.  He listens to suggestions and is open to improvements that are going to make his service better for the parents and children.  I would recommend Mr. Mckoy and A&M to other families - K.Bowen

 

This is my first year having my child ride the bus to CMIT. I must admit at first I was hesitant because of the distance, however the bus drivers have been welcoming and very communicative throughout the process.  My child thoroughly enjoys being a bus rider and I am delighted with their experience thus far.  I would like to see a payment plan online where there is no processing fee or a reduced cost in the future - C.Fergussen

Mr. Troy is very professional. The drivers are very nice. I would like to see updates made on the buses mainly including the name of the travel agency on each bus so it is easily identified -S.Sharpe

This is my family's first year using A&M Bus Service  and it has been a blessing after 2 yrs with another company. I researched 4 others companies before selecting A&M and I could not have made a better choice for my elementary and middle school students.  The rates are affordable compared to other services. The management and drivers have a genuine care for my children's safety. Information is communicated in a timely and professional manner. And the availability of multiple pick up\drop off locations throughout the county is appreciated by our "supporting village" who assume aftercare responsibility.
